Are your maps handmade?

Yes. Each map is handcrafted in Alberta, Canada after your order is placed. Our maps combine precision laser-cut and engraved wood, multiple layers, hand-poured resin, and careful hand assembly and finishing.

Because each piece is individually crafted, slight variations are part of what makes every map unique.

Where are your maps made?

Our maps are proudly handcrafted in Alberta, Canada. We are a local Alberta small business and carefully prepare each order here in Canada.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Because our maps are made after an order is placed, please allow approximately 3–4 business days for your map to be crafted and prepared for shipping.

We’ll do our very best to carefully prepare your order and have it on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We currently ship across Canada.

Shipping options and applicable costs are displayed during checkout.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA ON ORDERS $159+.

Can I request a map of a location that isn't available in your store?

Absolutely! Custom maps are an important part of what we offer.

If you don't see the lake, city, neighbourhood, or other location you're looking for, please contact us with your idea.

Tell us the location, desired size, and any special details you would like included. We'll review your request and work with you to determine what we can create.

Can I order a different size?

Yes. Depending on the map and design, we may be able to create it in a different size.

Please contact us with the map you're interested in and your preferred dimensions, and we'll let you know what options are available.

Can my map be personalized?

Yes! Personalization options may include names, dates, coordinates, special messages, location markers, or other custom details, depending on the design.

Can I request a different resin colour?

Custom resin colours may be available for certain designs.

Please contact us before placing your order with the colour you have in mind so we can confirm availability and whether an additional customization charge applies.

Will my map look exactly like the photographs?

Your map will follow the same overall design, but because we work with natural wood and hand-poured resin, every piece will have subtle differences.

Wood grain, colour, knots, engraving tone, resin patterns, and shades may vary slightly from the photographs. These natural variations are part of the handcrafted character of the product and make each map unique.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

What materials are used?

Our maps are primarily made using natural wood, precision laser-cut and engraved components, and hand-poured resin for selected lakes, rivers, and waterways.

Construction and number of layers vary by product. Please refer to the individual product description for details about a specific map.

How many layers does each map have?

The number of layers depends on the design.

For example, some of our lake maps use a 5-layer construction, while city maps may use a different number of layers to create the desired depth and street detail.

Do the maps come framed?

Frame availability depends on the product and selected options.

Some designs feature an integrated frame, while others may be available framed or unframed. Please check the individual product page for available options.

How should I care for my wooden map?

To keep your map looking its best:

Keep it indoors in a dry environment.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Keep it away from excessive heat and moisture.
Dust gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasive materials.
Do not soak or wash the wooden surface.

As with other natural wood products, prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, or significant temperature changes may affect the wood over time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already started.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

Can I change the personalization after ordering?

If you notice an error or would like to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once your personalized map has entered production.

Please carefully review names, dates, coordinates, locations, and other custom information before submitting your order.

What is your return policy?

Eligible, non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Personalized and custom-made products are generally final sale, unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or do not match the customization requested.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully inspect and package every map before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, photographs of the damaged product, and photographs of the packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

Please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive the available shipping and tracking information associated with your order.

If you have questions about your order status, please contact us and include your order number so we can assist you more quickly.

Do you offer maps for gifts, realtors, or businesses?

Yes. Our maps can make meaningful housewarming, wedding, anniversary, graduation, employee, corporate, and realtor closing gifts.

Personalization may also be available for names, dates, addresses, coordinates, or other meaningful details.
